The CWCB held five Municipal Drought Planning Toolbox Workshops in May and June 2011 in Durango, Denver, Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs and Colorado Springs. The CWCB educated water providers and planners on the elements of the Drought Planning Toolbox developed as part of the 2010 drought plan revision. As a result of the workshops, participants will be better equipped to begin the process of developing municipal drought plans in the near future that will utilize the resources of the Drought Planning Toolbox.
