[Excerpt]
The process of selecting appropriate water conservation measures and
programs begins with a broad-based inventory and review of all water
conservation measures and programs available to the water utility
or district for implementation. Once the completed list has been developed,
it is screened, based on some preliminary assessment criteria, to
develop a list that will be carried to Planning Step 6.
Review possible conservation measures and programs and screen the list into those specific measures and programs that are aligned with the planning entity’s goals and resources.
